The RevOlympics

Your Goal: To complete the RevoPT Decathlon – 10 achievements over the 16 days to become a RevoPT Decathlete!

Challenge Period: July 26 to August 11, 2024

To complete the Decathlon over the challenge period you must:

Attend a minimum of 4 classes +

Complete a minimum of 4 daily challenges

= 8 Achievements

In addition to this you must complete any 2 of the following:

• Attend a complementary Goal Setting Appointment with a RevoPT Coach

• Attend a complementary Recovery Lounge (Sauna or Compression Boots)

• Complete any ONE of our cardiovascular benchmarks off the milestone wall:

– 500m Row/Ski

– 50 Cal AirBike

– 2,000m Row/Ski

In addition to completing the RevOlympics Decathlon you will earn points through the following scoring system:

1 point for each class attended

2 points for each “Day Challenge” completed (strength challenge for strength classes and cardio challenge for cardio classes)*

3 points if you win the Day Challenge

5 points for each friend you bring to a class (friend must actively participate)

Prizes:

At the end of the challenge period, the three participants with the most points accumulated will be rewarded:

1st Place: 5 FREE One on One Personal Training Sessions

2nd Place: 1 Myotherapy/Remedial Massage Treatment

3rd Place: 1Kg True Protein Protein Powder + 1 Pair of Training Socks

*RevoPT T-Shirt Awarded to every Decathlete Who Completes 10 Achievements

Points Tracking:

Points will be tracked daily on the RevoPT white board for each participant. In each class we will record on the white board completed challenges.
