No, you don’t need any prior experience to join. Our program is designed to suit all fitness levels, from beginners to advanced lifters. Our coaches will work with you to build a strong foundation, teaching proper form and techniques to ensure you progress safely and effectively.

This is a common concern, but strength training doesn’t automatically result in a “bulky” appearance. Our program focuses on functional strength, toning, and muscle definition, designed to help you build a lean, strong physique. Women naturally have lower testosterone levels than men, which makes significant muscle growth harder to achieve without specific training and dietary interventions.

For optimal results, we recommend attending strength training sessions 2–3 times per week and have designed this program to reflect that. This frequency allows your body to adapt and recover while making consistent progress. However, our coaches can work with you to develop a schedule that best fits your lifestyle and goals.

Absolutely! Strength training has numerous health benefits beyond physical strength, including improved bone density, metabolism boost, better body composition, and enhanced mental well-being. This type of exercise also aids in injury prevention, supports posture, and can significantly increase daily energy levels.
