Virtual Performance Training – It’s a Game Changer
Each VPT session is live 1-on-1 with a real performance trainer. You will schedule a time, just as you would in-person, the only difference is it is delivered to you over the internet using video conferencing tools like Zoom™, Facetime ™, Whatsapp™ or Skype™.
How does Virtual Performance Training differ from a recorded workout?
Each session is live 1-on-1 with your trainer and NOT pre-recorded. Your performance trainer will customize each workout to your personal goals, no magazine cut out workouts here.

What To Expect?
A session usually lasts 45 minutes. Your first session with your performance trainer will be devoted to assessing your fitness level, getting to know you and your health history, and setting some goals.
After your initial one-on-one virtual performance training session, you’ll spend each session doing cardio, weight training, flexibility exercises, or other activities depending on your goals.
Your Revolution Personal Trainer will show you how to do each exercise, help you figure out the best equipment to use. We also have an inclusive service where you will be able to consult about your nutrition that aligns with your goals.
Can my partner join in?
Yes, we offer 2-on-1 virtual performance training and Small Group Training. For a small additional fee have a partner or a friend join in your session.
What video conferencing platform do we use?
Your trainer will discuss this with you the best option, but normally Zoom, Facetime, Whatsapp
Online training with Revolution PT was the best thing about the pandemic. They kept me fit, motivated, and kicking goals every week.
Training is easy to book and use through their app but they are only a phone call away when you need something.
