Matt comes to RevoPT with a track record spanning over 12 years. In that time he’s been the head trainer and manager of multiple gyms, until recently owning his own strength and conditioning facility.
Matt’s specialty is functional fitness with experience in everything from body building to powerlifting, strongman training and CrossFit.
Matt loves a challenge and seeing his clients grow both emotionally and physically. Matt understands the importance of everything down to the finer details of programming, nutrition and technique aspect of training and performance.
Matt will always make sure your experience every time you head into the gym is the highlight of your day.
