With over five years of experience in strength and conditioning, Matthew has worked across multiple sports at both amateur and professional levels, including football, tennis, cricket, and rugby. He has held senior roles, such as Head of Strength and Conditioning at Bromley Tennis Centre and the Wimbledon Tennis Championships, managing gym and recovery operations for elite athletes.

Matthew has a deep understanding of personalised training programs, injury prevention, and rehabilitation, making him an ideal coach for athletes and fitness enthusiasts alike. His experience with professional football clubs like Sheffield United FC demonstrates his ability to deliver top-tier results under high-pressure conditions. Matthew’s training philosophy is grounded in science and practical experience. He believes in tailoring each program to suit the specific needs and goals of his clients, whether they are looking to improve athletic performance, recover from an injury, or achieve personal fitness milestones.
